Hyderabad, [Date] – In a major boost to Telangana’s power sector Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. (TTDI) has signed an MoU with the state government to invest ₹562 crore in expanding its Rudraram manufacturing facility near Hyderabad.
The investment will establish a new surge arrester unit and expand production of power transformers, distribution transformers, and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), reinforcing Telangana’s position as a key hub for power transmission technology.
