Zelio E-Mobility has inaugurated a new electric two-wheeler manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, further strengthening its production network and expanding its footprint across South India.

The new facility increases Zelio E-Mobility’s total installed manufacturing capacity from 1.8 lakh to 2.4 lakh electric two-wheelers annually, representing a 33% capacity expansion.
The project also supports employment generation, with 30 people already employed and over 100 additional jobs expected in the coming months as the company targets a workforce of more than 500 employees during the current financial year.
The expansion follows a strong financial performance, with Zelio reporting â‚ą313.68 crore revenue in FY2025-26, an impressive 81.8% year-on-year growth, while continuing to remain profitable. The company now operates over 400 dealerships across 25+ states and aims to expand its retail network to 550+ dealerships by FY2027.
