VADODARA, Gujarat – In a significant boost to India’s advanced components manufacturing sector Technology International has announced the construction of a new, highly automated plant in Jarod, Vadodara. The facility represents a $2 million (approx. ₹16.6 crore) investment aimed at solidifying the company’s ‘Made in India’ footprint and serving global markets.
Scheduled to be operational before Diwali 2026 the 1,00,000 sq. ft. plant is designed to more than double the company’s output. Through automation its annual production capacity will surge from 70 million to 150 million parts in the first phase.
A Hub for Innovation and Quality
The new facility will be more than just a production floor. It will house an advanced in-house R&D laboratory and a dedicated quality control center. This integrated setup is designed to drive innovation and maintain stringent performance standards for the company’s flagship product lines—PorVent and Bivent—which cater to critical industries including automotive, electronics, medical devices, and life sciences.

Vineet Jain, Partner at Technology International, stated that the Vadodara plant marks a “pivotal milestone” in the company’s growth journey. “This expansion reinforces our commitment to the ‘Make in India’ initiative and positions us as a long-term solutions partner for customers worldwide,” Jain emphasized.
Beyond scaling up production, the project is expected to create numerous skilled employment opportunities and enhance India’s capabilities in precision manufacturing and engineering. The move underscores the growing trend of Indian component manufacturers investing in sophisticated automation and R&D to compete on the global stage.
