PTC Industries Mehsana plant spread over 17 acres stands as a crucial base for producing precision and industrial cast products supplied to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. As manufacturing strategies shift globally more companies are turning to India for dependable diversified supply chains and specialized engineering.
The new expansion will increase floor space by over 50,000 sq. ft. and introduce world-class technology—like robotics and automatic fettling systems—to raise output, efficiency and environmental standards. These upgrades are focused on delivering large-scale productivity gains while upholding PTC’s award-winning quality and sustainability values.
Speaking at the recent groundbreaking ceremony, Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, emphasized that this strategy is essential for India’s emergence as a global supplier of complex components. He highlighted that strengthening capabilities at Mehsana will reinforce PTC’s ability to support international customers with advanced technology and higher output.
The Mehsana unit supports both domestic and global customers, supplying specialized components including stainless steel and custom alloys for demanding industrial sectors. Its expansion is also critical to PTC’s aerospace and defense ambitions complementing primary facilities in Uttar Pradesh and the company’s major new Strategic Materials Technology Complex (SMTC) project. Through its subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies PTC is deepening its expertise in titanium and superalloy castings for aerospace applications boosting self-reliance in high-value material production.
