Nupur Extrusion a prominent player in India’s aluminum extrusion manufacturing sector and a subsidiary of Nupur Recyclers Limited, is gearing up to unveil its new world-class production facility in Sampla, Haryana this November. The expansion led by Rajesh Gupta, Managing Director of Nupur Recyclers Limited represents a strategic leap forward in the company’s mission to deliver premium-quality extrusion products and strengthen India’s sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.
Strategically situated near Delhi-NCR and in proximity to Maruti Suzuki’s Kharkhoda plant the Sampla facility boasts outstanding connectivity advantages. Its location offers seamless access to supplier networks, skilled labor and well-established infrastructure underscoring Nupur Extrusion’s commitment to operational efficiency and scalability. As Sampla continues to emerge as a thriving industrial hub the plant will enable the company to enhance its supply capabilities and serve high-growth sectors such as automotive, construction, and renewable energy.
Built with an investment of ₹200–250 million, the new plant is designed to achieve an initial annual production capacity of 5,000–6,000 tons by FY 2026–27, with provisions for future expansion. Speaking about this milestone, Rajesh Gupta stated, “This project demonstrates our commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence. The new facility enhances our production capabilities, creates jobs, and allows us to deliver greater value to our customers.”
Beyond production, the facility is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities—both direct and indirect—across manufacturing, logistics, and administrative roles. Nupur Extrusion also plans to roll out skill development programs to train local youth in modern extrusion and sustainable manufacturing technologies, promoting economic growth and skill enhancement in the region.
Aligned with the Nupur Group’s green vision, the Sampla unit will integrate solar energy systems and employ eco-friendly production practices to produce environmentally responsible extrusion solutions for applications such as solar panel frames and green building materials.
Reinforcing its belief in Nupur Extrusion’s long-term potential, Nupur Recyclers Limited has recently increased its equity stake in the subsidiary from 60% to 70%, further strengthening its position within India’s non-ferrous recycling and metal manufacturing ecosystem.
The official inauguration is scheduled for November 2025, and the event will be attended by business partners, industry experts, and government dignitaries. With this new facility, Nupur Extrusion continues to exemplify innovation, sustainability, and quality—solidifying its role as a trusted manufacturer of high-performance aluminum and metal extrusion products for domestic and international markets.
