🚀 Mobile phone exports skyrocketed from ₹22,868 crore in 2020-21 to ₹1,29,074 crore in 2023-24 (CAGR: 78%)
📉 In 2015, 74% of mobile phones sold in India were imported. Now, 99.2% are made in India!
🔹 Expanding Ecosystem
India has now started manufacturing batteries, chargers, PCBAs, camera modules, displays, enclosures, and more, building a self-sufficient supply chain.
🔹 Supporting Domestic Manufacturers
🏭 Indian mobile manufacturers under PLI have invested ₹787 crore, generating ₹34,111 crore in production and 25,288 new direct jobs.
