iD Fresh Food Launches Fourth Manufacturing Facility in Hyderabad to Scale Clean-Label Production.

On Friday, March 13, 2026, Bengaluru-based clean-label brand iD Fresh Food announced the grand opening of its fourth self-owned manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The ₹25 crore state-of-the-art plant marks a significant capacity expansion, doubling the brand’s output for its most popular categories—idli and dosa batter and Malabar parotas—to meet surging demand in Central and South India.

Facility Blueprint: Scaling “Clean-Label” Production

The new 40,000 sq. ft. automated facility is designed to deliver fresh, preservative-free food at an industrial scale while maintaining the “homemade” quality the brand is known for.

Strategic Supply Chain: Serving the “Corridor of Freshness”

The Hyderabad unit is strategically located to serve as a regional hub, significantly reducing “farm-to-table” transit times for several key markets:

Employment & Community Impact

As part of its commitment to local development, iD Fresh Food has recruited over 200 employees for the new site, with 99% of the workforce drawn from the surrounding local community in Hyderabad.

“Our new plant in Hyderabad is a powerful symbol of what we stand for—technology-driven processes, zero compromise on hygiene, and a deep-rooted commitment to community and sustainability. It’s a major milestone in making clean-label food accessible to every Indian home.” — PC Musthafa, Global CEO and Chairman, iD Fresh Food.
