Pune, April 25 – Hindalco Industries India’s leading aluminium manufacturer has inaugurated its ₹500 crore EV component facility in Chakan, Pune, marking its strategic entry into the electric vehicle supply chain. The 5-acre plant will produce lightweight aluminium battery enclosures addressing critical needs for crash safety and thermal management in EVs.
