Ahmedabad-based Grew Energy a renewable energy venture of Chiripal Group has announced its strategic restructuring into two specialized entities—Grew Solar and Grew Renewables. This transformation aims to streamline operations and enhance focus on distinct areas within the renewable energy sector.
Focused Divisions for Greater Impact
- Grew Solar will concentrate on solar PV module and cell manufacturing ensuring high-quality production and scaling its manufacturing capabilities.
- Grew Renewables will handle engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects catering to both small and large-scale renewable energy infrastructure needs.
Vinay Thadani, Director & CEO of Grew Solar emphasized that this strategic shift will drive specialized growth and strengthen the company’s position in the renewable energy industry.
Expanding Manufacturing Capabilities
Grew Solar currently operates a 3 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Jaipur with an additional 5 GW capacity under development in Dudu (Jaipur). Furthermore, the company is establishing a 3 GW solar cell manufacturing unit in Narmadapuram (Bhopal), reinforcing its commitment to India’s clean energy ambitions.
This strategic restructuring is expected to accelerate growth improve operational efficiency, and bolster Grew Energy’s leadership in the renewable energy market.
