Exide Industries has completed the Phase-I commissioning of its lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility at Devanahalli, Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone in the company’s battery manufacturing expansion.
The facility will support the production of advanced lithium-ion cells for electric vehicles (EVs) and energy-storage applications, strengthening India’s domestic battery manufacturing capabilities.
