Spark Minda a leading auto-component manufacturer, is set to invest approximately ₹1,166 crore to establish two new manufacturing facilities in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region of Uttar Pradesh.

The upcoming facilities will manufacture ignition switch-cum-steering locks, mechatronic components and advanced connection systems, strengthening Spark Minda’s presence in the Gautam Buddh Nagar automotive and manufacturing cluster.
In a further boost to the region’s automotive ecosystem, Spark Minda has also confirmed a joint venture manufacturing plant with Japan’s Toyodenso Co. Ltd. in Noida. The facility will focus on advanced automotive switches, with operations targeted to commence in Q4 FY2027.
