Swedish beauty and wellness brand Oriflame has agreed to sell its manufacturing business in India to Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals for ₹56 crore. The acquisition includes manufacturing facilities in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and a leased warehouse in Noida.
