Molding Solutions (operating under the Barnes Molding Solutions umbrella) officially inaugurated its new 16,000-square-meter greenfield facility in Pune, India. This move marks a strategic shift for the company, establishing India as its primary manufacturing and service hub for Asia outside of China.
The inauguration was followed by a partner and customer event on January 21, highlighting the site’s role in the “local-for-local” manufacturing strategy.
